When winter storms hit Southern California they come in the way of rain...lots of rain. On December 18, 2010 I headed out into the floored intersections of the San Fernando Valley as motorists unexpectedly drove through. This post will be updated as storm-related events unfold. As tradition would have it, some fellow fire photographers and I headed down to South Central LA on New Years Eve to cover any happenings. Aside from a good auto fire, several medical calls and a fatality garage fire no one could get to, it was a relatively quiet night. Oh, except for the celebratory gunfire.
